Refund policy

  • If you're not entirely pleased with an item you bought from LUXURE, if you are not entirely pleased with the item you have purchased, you can exchange or return for a full refund within 12 days of your order's delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, isn't worn, isn't washed, and has all of its labels still attached.
  •  We kindly ask that you refrain from putting on briefs and make sure that no makeup, lotions, or other substances come into contact with lingerie while you are trying them on in order to ensure that the items are appropriate for return and for reasons of hygiene. If this has obviously not been followed and if the briefs are returned with damaged or open packing, we retain the right to reject a refund.
  • Please be aware that the cost of returning item will not be reimburse.
  • Once your return has been received, we'll email you to let you know, your refund process will take up to 14 business days.
  • If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact customer service so we can help troubleshoot the issue.
