Delivery Timeline
- Karachi: Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
- Other Cities: Orders are usually delivered within 3–6 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays
Delivery Charges
- Standard shipping charges are Rs. 250.
- Orders above Rs. 6,000 are eligible for free delivery.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are required to pay the COD amount before opening the parcel.
Parcel opening before payment is not allowed unless approved by the Luxure team in advance for selected cases.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of:
- Size issue
- Color issue
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective item received
Return Policy
Luxure does not encourage returns due to the intimate nature of the products. However, return requests may be reviewed in selected cases by our customer support team.A return may only be considered if:
- he wrong item was delivered.
- The product was received damaged or defective.
- The issue is reported within the given exchange/return timeline.
- The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
For COD orders, customers must pay the rider before opening the parcel. Any parcel-opening request must be discussed with and approved by the Luxure team beforehand.
Luxure reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item does not meet the required conditions.
Refund Policy
Luxure follows a no-refund policy.
We primarily offer exchange or replacement for eligible issues. However, if an exchange does not resolve the issue or the required replacement is not available, a refund may be considered after internal approval.
Approved refunds may take approximately 20–22 working days to process.
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refund approval is subject to product inspection and case review.
- Refunds will only be processed through the method approved by the Luxure team.
